Clary Sage Essential Oil

Clary Sage essential oil is extracted from the flower tips of the herb Clary (Salvia sclarea) which is native to the northern Mediterranean Basin. Clary Sage has a herbal and woody scent. The use of Clary Sage can be dated back to the middle ages. Traditionally Clary Sage has been used to aid in relaxation, to help promote restful sleep, to help with menstrual cramps and menopause symptoms as well as helping to improve mood.
