Sweet Fennel Essential Oil is extracted from the Fennel plant (Foeniculum Vulgare) and contains a high concentration of trans-Anethole which is known for its ability to help with digestive issues, as well as focus and clarity. The Romans were said to have eaten fennel seeds before going into war, as a ritual preparation.
