Neroli Light essential oil is extracted from the flowers of the Bitter Orange tree (Citrus Aurantium). Named after the 17th century Princess of Nerola Italy, the Bitter Orange tree is native to China and Central Asia. The flowers of the Bitter Orange have been historically used in bridal boutiques to calm nervousness. Neroli oil has calming and soothing qualities with a floral, green citrus scent that blends well with other citrus scents, florals and light wood scents.
Neroli light essential oil can be used in a number of different ways to aid in relaxation, skincare and aromatherapy. Add a few drops of Neroli Light essential oil to a diffuser for a cleansing, rejuvenating feeling. Neroli Light essential oil can also be added to potpourri to renew its scent. Neroli Light can be used as part of a skincare and bath routine, adding a few drops to the water, or by combining with other oils to create a tincture. By combining Neroli Light with carrier oils, homemade massage oils can also be created to uplift, rejuvenate and promote relaxation.
